Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes. Resistance increases the further you pull, so you set the difficulty yourself simply by how far you draw the cords back. Start with short, controlled pulls and build from there.

How much space do I need?

Enough room to sit on the floor with your legs extended — roughly a metre. It works on carpet, tile or a yoga mat.

What can I actually train with it?

Seated rows, chest presses, bicep curls, shoulder raises, tricep extensions and core work. Most upper-body movements you would do with a cable machine translate to it.

Will it slip while I use it?

The padded pedal sits under both feet and your own bodyweight holds it in place. Keep your legs extended and press gently outward through the heels for a stable anchor.

How do I store it?

It folds flat and rolls up. A drawer, a gym bag or a suitcase is plenty — nothing needs dismantling.

How long will delivery take?
