Not suitable for pearls, opals, emeralds, coral, or any stone that is glued rather than set — soft and porous stones can be damaged by ultrasonic vibration. Frequently asked questions

Will it damage my gold or diamond jewellery?

No. Ultrasonic cleaning is the same method jewellers use, and it is safe for gold, platinum, silver and hard stones. Avoid pearls, opals, emeralds and anything glued rather than set.

Do I need a special cleaning solution?

No. Plain tap water is enough for everyday cleaning. For heavier grime, a single drop of dish soap is plenty. There is nothing extra to buy.

Can I clean my spectacles in it?

Yes, and it is one of the most popular uses. It reaches around the nose pads and hinges where a cloth cannot. Anti-reflective and photochromic coatings are unaffected by short cycles.

What else can I clean with it?

Watch straps, earrings, chains, toothbrush heads, makeup brushes, razor heads, retainers, aligners, coins, keys and small tools — anything that fits in the tank and is not harmed by water.

Is it noisy?

How long will delivery take?
