Frequently asked questions

Is it strong enough for car seats?

Yes — it is designed for dry everyday mess: crumbs, dust, sand, pet hair and paper bits. It is a handheld cleaner rather than a replacement for a full-size vacuum, so treat it as the tool for gaps, corners and interiors rather than for cleaning whole floors.

Which attachment should I use?

The crevice nozzle for seat rails, sofa seams and cup holders. The brush head for fabric, carpet, vents and keyboards. The flat nozzle for open surfaces like mats and boot liners.

Can I use it on a wet spill?

No. This is a dry vacuum only. Vacuuming liquid will damage the motor and filter and is not covered by any claim. Blot spills with a cloth first and let the area dry fully before vacuuming.

How do I keep the suction strong?

Empty the dust cup after each use and rinse the filter in plain water every few sessions. Let the filter dry completely before putting it back — a damp filter chokes the airflow and makes the vacuum feel weak.

Does it need to be plugged in while cleaning?

No. Charge it beforehand and use it cord-free. That is the point of it — you can clean the car wherever it is parked without needing a power point nearby.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive in 8–12 working days. Remote areas including Jammu & Kashmir, the North East and hill regions may take longer. You will receive tracking updates on WhatsApp at every stage.

What if it arrives damaged?

Please record a video while opening the parcel. If the item is damaged or incorrect, message us within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and we will sort it out. The video is required for any claim.
