Hold a warm, damp cloth on the skin for a minute to open the pores.

Fit the head that suits the area, and start on the lowest setting.

⚠ Use it gently: Always start on the lowest suction and keep the head moving — holding it still in one place is what causes round red marks. Limit each area to a few seconds and the whole face to a few minutes. Do not use on broken, sunburnt or irritated skin, on active or open pimples, on moles, or around the eyes and lips. Not suitable straight after waxing, threading or any facial treatment. Rinse the heads before first use and after every session, and keep the body of the device dry. This is a skincare appliance, not a medical or dermatological device — if you have a skin condition, ask a dermatologist before using it.

Frequently asked questions

Does it hurt?

No. It should feel like a firm pull on the skin, nothing more. If it stings or pinches, the suction is too high for that area or the head is not moving — lower the setting and keep it gliding.

Will it leave red marks on my face?

It can, if you hold it in one spot or use the highest setting on thin skin. Keep it moving, start low, and stay off any one area after a few seconds. Mild redness that fades within an hour is normal; round marks that linger mean you paused too long.

How often should I use it?

Once or twice a week is plenty for most people. Skin needs time in between, and using it daily will irritate rather than improve it.

Do I need to do anything before using it?

Yes, and it makes the difference. Hold a warm damp cloth on your face for a minute first, or use it after a shower. Pores that have been softened release far more than dry, closed ones.

Which head should I use?

The smallest openings suit the nose and the creases beside it; the larger, flatter ones suit cheeks and forehead. Start with a small head on the lowest setting and work out what your skin likes.

Can I use it on active pimples?

No. Work around them. Suction on an inflamed or open pimple spreads bacteria and can mark the skin — exactly the problem this is meant to avoid.

How do I charge it?

With the USB cable in the box, from any phone charger, laptop or power bank. Use a standard 5V adapter rather than a fast charger, and charge it fully before the first use.

How do I clean it?

Twist off the head, rinse it under the tap, and let it dry completely before fitting it back. Wipe the body with a dry cloth only — do not run the device itself under water.

Can men use it too?

Yes. Blackheads on the nose and chin are just as common in men, and the device works the same way. Use it on clean, stubble-free skin for the best grip.

How long will delivery take?
